About the role

  • As an interpreter, your major responsibility is to enable communication between persons speaking different languages.
  • In your example of a live 911 call, your primary task would be to properly translate the dialogue between the caller (native language)and the emergency operator (English).
  • Your role is to deliver the message in the caller's preferred language and ensure that both parties understand each other.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English language (Read, Speak and Write)
  • Fluent in Khmer language (Read, Speak and Write)
  • Entry Level, No qualification needed, only good language speaking skill
  • Must be willing to work rotating shift for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift)
  • Own a mobile phone with IOS 15 and above or Android 12 and above
  • Own a laptop
  • Entitled to 2 days off in a week (rotates any day)
  • Willing to work on public holiday (24/7 operation)
