About the role
- Title: SAP ABAP/ SuccessFactors Technical Consultant
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 3Months Contract To Hire
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in **SAP ABAP development** including RICEF, Object-Oriented ABAP, and HCM HR-ABAP.
- Experience in **SuccessFactors technical integrations** using CPI / PI-PO / APIs / OData.
- Strong experience with **SuccessFactors Employee Central or any other SF module**.
- Hands-on experience with **IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services, SAP HR Infotypes, and ABAP HR logical databases**.
- Experience with **Payroll / Time / HR core integrations** is an advantage.
- Good understanding of SAP HCM functional concepts and SuccessFactors provisioning/instance management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-interaction skills.
- Ability to work in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
