What you’ll need

Four years of experience planning and managing events, including fundraising, donor, community, volunteer, or public-facing events.
Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience managing timelines, logistics, budgets, vendors, contracts, guest experience, communications, and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, donors, volunteers, vendors, community partners, and other stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to event sites and organizational locations as needed.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Personal auto insurance compliant with TCHFH Driver’s Policy.
