About the role

  • Handling exclusively inbound customer inquiries – no purchased leads, no cold calling.
  • Providing tailored advice on private and European health insurance, and supporting clients with special topics such as re-entry into the statutory health insurance system (GKV).
  • Accompanying our clients from the first consultation through to contract processing – always reliable, clear, and transparent.

Requirements

  • Experience in the field of health insurance or in insurance sales.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance Contract Act (VVG) or the willingness to acquire it.
  • Enjoyment in working with people and a strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
