Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate daily with the Ballot Chase Manager
Build inter-community relationships
Encourage people to send in their ballots
Build a community network system
Identify and monitor low-propensity voting habits in precincts across a designated territory
Work with the Ballot Chase Manager to reach goals, foster community relationships, and track data daily

Requirements

What you’ll need

Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive, including Google Docs and Sheets
Knowledge and demonstrated competence with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Willingness to fulfill all listed duties and additional assigned duties
Passion for conservative politics
