Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience working in a construction management role in the construction industry ideally for a real estate developer
Strong organizational and management skills
Effective presentation skills
Proficiency in Google Suite, Bluebeam, and construction project management tools
