About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs
Responsible for schedule consulting at program level
Implement best practices and reporting trends
Create and analyse project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau
Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic
Actively work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity
Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors on regular basis
Prepare and update monthly progress reports
Monitor and communicate any possible project issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience
Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and contracting
Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
Excellent communication skills.
