About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs
  • Responsible for schedule consulting at program level
  • Implement best practices and reporting trends
  • Create and analyse project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau
  • Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic
  • Actively work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity
  • Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors on regular basis
  • Prepare and update monthly progress reports
  • Monitor and communicate any possible project issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience
  • Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred
  • Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and contracting
  • Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
