About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Regular travel to construction site is expected
Develop and maintain a detailed construction program schedule using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments
Ensure that schedule-related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems
Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures
Actively work with project managers and subcontractor firms to maintain schedule integrity
Prepare and update progress reports as required including monthly project report contributions
Conduct project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in mission critical environments preferred
Construction experience
Understanding of best practice relating to the delivery of a construction program
Extensive experience creating and managing large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction sequencing
Must be capable of producing detailed concept level schedules from limited project information
Excellent collaboration and communication skills required
BS Degree in Engineering or Business or related field; or demonstrated equivalent and related experience
PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling beneficial
EIT certification preferred
