Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems in construction projects
Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as value management and value engineering
