Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and lead the PMO framework, governance model, and operating structure for major aviation and infrastructure programs.
Oversee integrated program controls, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting.
Direct the program’s risk management framework, including identification, quantification, mitigation, and reporting.
Serve as the primary PMO representative to client executives, governance boards, and delivery partners.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary PMO team across controls, reporting, governance, and analytics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or program controls for major capital programs.
Proven experience in aviation, transportation, or large infrastructure delivery.
Strong expertise in governance, program controls, reporting, and risk/change management.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent.
