About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute rigorous physical due diligence
- Synthesize complex technical data into concise 'Go/No-Go' feasibility reports
- Assess the alignment between 'as-is' site conditions and technical requirements
- Navigate complex municipal zoning ordinances, land-use restrictions, and local building codes
- Oversee procurement and critical review of ALTA surveys, Title Commitments, and Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments
- Collaborate with Real Estate and Transaction Management
- Manage a national or regional network of third-party consultants
- Audit consultant deliverables to ensure reports meet standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction, due diligence, land acquisition, and/or land development with a commercial firm
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Bluebeam , and construction project management tools
- Excellent communication skills.
