Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a high-performing team, develop new service offerings, and foster innovation
Accountable for advancing our procurement and supply chain strategy for construction projects
Deliver high-impact client engagements and drive business performance
Oversee the delivery of complex, high-value construction programs across multiple sectors
Develop and own market strategy to strengthen brand visibility and expand service penetration across key sectors
Lead bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations
Manage team performance, set objectives, and ensure the team possesses the insights, skills, and resources to meet business goals
Establish key performance targets and financial budgets, optimizing business performance in alignment with strategic objectives
Support the development of procurement services, including strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence
Contribute to the leadership of the business by supporting talent development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of ten years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership,
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related field
Recognized expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors, with experience in major capital programs
Strong consulting background with experience managing client relationships at senior and executive levels
Demonstrated success in leading high-value projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments
Deep understanding of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation strategies
Experience across multiple sectors, with domain knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries preferred
Proven ability to influence client behaviors and decisions, particularly in high-risk, high-value engagements.
