Director – Procurement & Supply Chain Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a high-performing team, develop new service offerings, and foster innovation
- Accountable for advancing our procurement and supply chain strategy for construction projects
- Deliver high-impact client engagements and drive business performance
- Oversee the delivery of complex, high-value construction programs across multiple sectors
- Develop and own market strategy to strengthen brand visibility and expand service penetration across key sectors
- Lead bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations
- Manage team performance, set objectives, and ensure the team possesses the insights, skills, and resources to meet business goals
- Establish key performance targets and financial budgets, optimizing business performance in alignment with strategic objectives
- Support the development of procurement services, including strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence
- Contribute to the leadership of the business by supporting talent development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of ten years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership,
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related field
- Recognized expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors, with experience in major capital programs
- Strong consulting background with experience managing client relationships at senior and executive levels
- Demonstrated success in leading high-value projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Deep understanding of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation strategies
- Experience across multiple sectors, with domain knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries preferred
- Proven ability to influence client behaviors and decisions, particularly in high-risk, high-value engagements.
