About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the planning and early execution phases of EV service center projects
Lead site feasibility assessments and manage due diligence activities
Develop permitting and entitlement strategies
Build and manage project budgets and schedules
Define EV charging infrastructure requirements and coordinate with utilities
Engage with EVSE vendors and contractors
Review and validate electrical design packages for code compliance
Deliver project updates and risk assessments to senior stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
12+ years of experience in real estate or infrastructure project management
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong estimating and budgeting skills
Experience with EV charging technologies, including Level 2 and DC fast charging systems
Experience managing electrical infrastructure projects involving medium- and high-voltage systems
Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and local electrical codes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
