Lead and develop a team of Project Managers
Ensure service excellence in service delivery
Grow and develop exceptional people, promoting a culture of learning, respect and inclusivity
Produce thought leadership reports providing valuable insights to the construction market
Set a clear strategy and ambition with the team in line with our Business Plan
Ensure compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits
Develop a detailed understanding of the market and act as a brand ambassador
Participate in meetings with Senior leadership and prepare presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment
Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients
Major construction sector experience in commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc.
Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
