Conduct the initial and critical phase of site selection and planning for EV service centers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in zoning, entitlements, and due diligence for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Proven track record managing multi-site development programs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Experience with EV infrastructure, electrical systems, and service facility planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
