About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and the delivery of project management services on major projects and programs in the Aviation Civil Infrastructure sector
Ensure service excellence in terms of service delivery, continued growth of our project management service offering including client engagement and market outreach
Lead communications with the client and oversight of project management team services
Lead research related to construction market conditions, including analysis of official published data
Produce thought leadership reports providing valuable insights to the construction market
Lead the strategic and operational management of Project Management Services in a variety of sectors
Set a clear strategy and ambition with the team in line with our Business Plan
Grow and develop exceptional people, promoting a culture of learning, respect and inclusivity
Ensure compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits
Develop priority plans including risk mitigation through internal tools
Undertake internal BMS audits, and coordinate and represent the office for external audits undertaken by the external certification authority
Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities
Participate in meetings with Senior leadership, Directors and staff and prepare and deliver presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (M.S. or MBA preferred)
Minimum of (15) years of demonstrated capital project/program leadership experience
Experience managing an integrated team on large infrastructure complex and multi-phase capital projects/programs consisting of multiple project elements
Knowledge of multiple project delivery methods
Proven track record of leading projects/programs of $1 billion or greater
Demonstrated experience providing leadership of a team in an integrated project delivery organization
Proven track record of following through on commitments
Demonstrated experience in delivering major capital projects/programs successfully (on budget, on time, meeting safety and quality standards within approved scope)
Proven track record of partnering and issues resolution
Demonstrated excellent communications, presentation and written skills
