About the role
- Assess existing technology infrastructure to identify integration opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans for integrating new technologies into projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor for integration-related decisions, recommending optimal approaches and technologies.
- Create comprehensive integration plans, ensuring compatibility, interoperability, and optimal performance across the various systems.
- Lead the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing to validate the effectiveness and reliability of integrated systems.
- Provide ongoing support to address any issues or challenges that may arise post-implementation.
- Ensure that the integrated systems meet established security standards and regulations.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.
- Work closely with Digital & Technology team, project managers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across the project’s lifecycle.
- Lead the integration of data to the data warehouse, and subsequent reporting tools, to provide regular updates and reports on progress to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in the implementation of enabling technologies in architecture, engineering, and construction projects across the entire project lifecycle.
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee technology integration projects.
- Experience in solution building and advisory roles within complex environments.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design and implement integration architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Proven experience in system integration across multiple platforms and organizations.
