About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and deliver TURN2X projects from origination to RTB / FID-ready status
Develop associated self-consumption assets, including PV, wind and/or BESS
Secure required permits and manage authority processes end-to-end
Secure feedstock and offtake contracts, and grid connection offers
Secure land in coordination with the internal Land Manager
Own project budgets, schedules and development plans
Build relationships with municipalities, landowners, utilities, regulators and local stakeholders
Negotiate directly with stakeholders
Anticipate and mitigate permitting, grid, land and offtake risks
Prepare documentation for investment and internal gate decisions
Coordinate Engineering, Legal, Finance and Land teams
Design better, repeatable project-development approaches
Travel frequently as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years in renewable energy project development
Proven track record taking projects from early development through advanced stages
Full responsibility for project outcomes and ownership mindset
Confident negotiation and stakeholder-management ability
Ability to align diverse interests and keep projects moving
High attention to detail on permits, contracts, budgets and internal documentation
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
Willingness to challenge conventional project-development practices
Fluent in English and Spanish
Based in Madrid
Open to frequent travel
