About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • run point on the CTO's calendar, travel, and inbox
  • manage a high volume schedule across time zones and competing priorities
  • plan travel end-to-end: flights, hotels, ground, and itineraries
  • triage his inbox so nothing important slips by
  • partner with the CEO's EA on cross company work
  • evolve new hire onboarding process
  • plan events like customer dinners and company offsites
  • manage ops for the NYC office

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • you've worked as an EA, chief of staff, or in a similar operations role
  • you've managed calendars, inboxes, and travel for senior people at high volume
  • you can juggle multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • you catch the things others miss
  • you see the gap and fill it, no task is too small
  • you write well and can represent the CTO clearly in any thread
  • you build trust quickly
  • prior experience supporting a technical founder or engineering leader (nice to have)
  • experience at an early stage startup (nice to have)
