About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive the technical architecture of the AI platform
- Own the platform's most complex subsystems
- Establish clear system boundaries and integration contracts
- Ship consistently and turn ambiguous requirements into working software
- Mature the platform's AI systems from early-stage to production-grade
- Raise the engineering bar through code review and design discussions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in distributed systems design
- Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals
- Demonstrated bias toward shipping
- Good technical judgment under uncertainty
- Experience designing systems that handle non-deterministic outputs (preferred)
- Familiarity with LLM application patterns (preferred)
- Experience with document AI or structured data extraction (preferred)
- Background in ad tech, revenue operations, or media operations (preferred)
- Experience building over heterogeneous enterprise data sources (preferred)
