About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of merchandising initiatives
  • Shape the editorial vision for Tubi through curation, hub development, and merchandising execution
  • Partner closely with Programming, Product, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a team of Content Merchandisers
  • Lead merchandising strategy and campaign planning for priority titles
  • Translate performance data, audience insights, and entertainment trends into merchandising decisions
  • Shape and evolve Tubi’s editorial voice through homepage programming and audience-focused curation strategies
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain curated content hubs
  • Lead the optimization and ongoing maintenance of the merchandising container ecosystem
  • Drive ad hoc content initiatives and cross-functional merchandising projects
  • Apply strong project management discipline to editorial execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in content merchandising, editorial, or related entertainment roles
  • Demonstrated ability to derive insights from data and apply them to content strategy
  • Comfortable navigating CMS tools and large-scale content systems
  • Strong command of Excel, Airtable, and presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides)
  • Strong understanding of entertainment, audience behavior, and content discovery strategies
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate fan of TV and film with broad taste across genres and audiences.
