Key responsibilities & impact

Work with large and complex data sets to solve challenging problems using analytical and statistical approaches
Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining
Create and manage dashboards and visualizations, delivering actionable insights
Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to support strategy and investment decisions
Ensure statistical rigor, metric alignment, transparency, and effectiveness in decision-making processes
Design, evaluate, and refine experimentation frameworks
Define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the product

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
Three (3) years of experience in the position offered or related occupation.
Analytics and SQL, Python, and Spark
A/B testing, experimental design, and causal inference in a technology-driven environment
Extracting insights from large datasets using statistical methods
Product analytics and working with event-level data
Video streaming industry experience
