About the role

  • Develop merchandising strategy and go-to-market planning for high-priority titles, tentpole events, and platform-wide initiatives.
  • Curate and package content into themed collections that reflect user interests.
  • Propose new categories based on trends and audience insights.
  • Interpret and utilize data for continuous editorial improvements.
  • Manage and maintain editorial calendars.
  • Partner with Product and Data Science to inform personalization models and test new recommendation approaches.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies.
  • Manage complex workflows across Marketing, Content, and Product stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years in content merchandising, editorial strategy, or digital media.
  • Strong track record of campaign planning, title go-to-market execution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, test hypotheses, and apply insights to improve user experience.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) on workflows, tools, or personalization systems.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven content discovery or demonstrated interest in the space.
  • Passion for entertainment, streaming, and audience engagement.
