About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architecting and shipping systems that directly move business outcomes
Working across the full stack — frontend tooling for complex ad workflows, cloud infrastructure, and backend systems
Building frontend applications for ad operations workflows that handle scale and complexity
Developing cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure: deployment pipelines, monitoring, autoscaling
Creating backend services and APIs that support multiple AI agent integrations running in production
Designing system architecture that can grow

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong JavaScript — React, Vue, or Angular, and you know why you are making the choice you are making
Strong Python — you have shipped production Python services, not just scripts
At least one low-level language: C, C++, Rust, Zig, or equivalent. You understand what happens below the abstraction layer.
Experience building large-scale SaaS platforms from scratch, not just joining a mature codebase
Hands-on cloud deployment and DevOps
Media pipeline experience — transcoding, ffmpeg-like tooling, media transformation, cloud storage. This sits at the core of what we build.
You know how to instrument and observe distributed systems — not just read dashboards, but design for observability from the start
Experience with durable, fault-tolerant workflows in production
React testing and test automation — the kind that actually catches real problems
If you have worked with any of the following, say so: React/Next.js, FastAPI/Django/Flask, Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis, Temporal/Airflow/Dagster, Kafka/RabbitMQ, AuthN/AuthZ patterns.
Nice to have: experience shipping agent systems (MCPs, sandboxing, AI agent infrastructure) and FinOps at scale.
