Requirements
- 3+ years in digital advertising, with experience in direct response marketing.
- Exceptional quantitative reasoning and a love for data analysis—think Excel wizardry.
- Proven track record managing high-spend Meta ad campaigns ($1M+/month).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational superpowers.
- Stellar communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours a must!
- Familiarity with FB Ads API, SQL, and BI tools.
- Multi-platform expertise (Snap, TikTok, Google, Pinterest).
- Experience working alongside creatives or crafting social media content yourself.
