About the role

  • Further development of cloud infrastructure and its operation/monitoring
  • Automation of complex cloud environments and optimization of the infrastructure for scalability, high availability, and performance
  • Assist customers and the support team in resolving technical issues
  • Close collaboration with colleagues from development, quality assurance, support, and Professional Services

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructures—ideally AWS
  • Solid knowledge of service administration and service design
  • Proficient in working with Linux systems in production environments
  • Strong programming skills (TypeScript, Python, Bash)
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility, as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (CDK or Terraform)
  • Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration
  • Understanding of cloud security and compliance standards
  • AWS certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
