About the role
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for active roles
- Leverage your existing network and pipelines to drive placements
- Submit candidates aligned to client requirements and compensation
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with TTE leadership on role priorities and feedback
- Deliver quality over quantity targeted, well-matched submissions
Requirements
- 5+ years recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades
- Proven track record of successful placements
- Strong existing candidate network (this is critical)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with contract and/or direct hire placements
- Strong communication and candidate management skills
