Manage and oversee operations and act as the liaison between Client program managers and vehicle specialists/operators
Manage a team of operators and ensure efficient delivery of missions requested by client
Respond to system emergencies; investigate and complete accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints
Coordinate, monitor and supervise the activities of subordinates; inform management regarding operational/personnel problems and offer ideas towards resolution
Respond to service problems and investigate and respond to unsafe location/situation reports
Develop and schedule program work plan in accordance with specifications in conjunction with the client’s staff; oversee daily operations and coordinate activities; determine priorities
Maintain high standard of safety across the program/team
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
2 or more years Operations experience in leading teams
Ability to use a computer to generate reports and schedules
Ability to understand, and interpret system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases and routes
Good written and oral communication skills
Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends; flexible shift if needed
