About the role
- Collect images of streets, points of interest and public areas by driving assigned routes
- Operate cars equipped with 360° cameras and store imagery on in-vehicle computers
- Follow specific routes targeting commercial districts and historical sites
- Revisit areas when needed (e.g., poor weather) to ensure image quality
- Work Monday–Friday, ~8 hours/day (40 hours/week) and optionally additional hours
- Ensure data is collected to enhance online map products
- Maintain basic vehicle and equipment awareness and report issues
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver License (driving experience, 1-2 yrs minimum)
- Must have parking for a vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must pass the background check
- Enjoys driving, with flexible schedule
- Available for a minimum of 3 months
- Responsible & Reliable
- Good driving skills
- Great communication skills
- High level of responsibility
- General car knowledge
- Tech savvy (smartphone and basic apps)
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated and detailed oriented
