About the role
- Drive cars equipped with 360° cameras to collect street, POI and public area imagery
- Follow assigned routes targeting commercial districts and historical sites
- Ensure high-quality imaging, revisiting areas when weather degrades quality
- Store and manage collected images on in-vehicle computers as required by project
- Work Monday–Friday, ~8 hours/day (40 hours/week), with possibility of extra hours
- Maintain vehicle (parking, general car knowledge) and ensure safe driving
- Communicate with project coordinators and follow project objectives and schedules
- Participate in a multi-month field project covering different city/state zones
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver License (driving experience, 1-2 yrs minimum)
- Must have parking for a vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must pass the background check
- Enjoys driving, with flexible schedule
- Available for a minimum of 3 months
- Responsible & Reliable
- Good driving skills
- Great communication skills
- High level of responsibility
- General car knowledge
- Tech savvy (smartphone and basic apps)
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated and detailed oriented
- Knows the area and traffic trends
