About the role
- Full-time support in content collection and moderation in French language for an 8-week project.
- Training duration of 2 weeks (billable by the client separately).
- No sensitive or PII content collection or moderation, though graphic content may be possible (unlikely).
- Moderate content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
- Agents will access content on the client's internal review tool.
- Shift timing: 5 days a week / 8 hours per day; timing depends on the team lead.
Requirements
- One year experience in content collection and content moderation, particularly in misinformation.
- Each participant must be fluent in French at C2 level or native to the collection country.
- Each participant must be fluent in English.
- Each speaker group must be located in their respective European countries.
- Ability to work full-time shifts: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
