About the role
- Manage and oversee operations as Shift Supervisor for field data-collection missions
- Act as liaison between client program managers and vehicle specialists/operators
- Coordinate, monitor and supervise activities of subordinate operators
- Respond to system emergencies; investigate and complete accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints
- Respond to service problems and unsafe location/situation reports
- Develop and schedule program work plans in accordance with client specifications; determine priorities
- Maintain high standard of safety across the program/team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- 2 or more years operations experience in leading teams
- Ability to use a computer to generate reports and schedules
- Ability to understand and interpret system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases and routes
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends; flexible shifts if needed
