About the role

  • Drive company cars equipped with 360° cameras to collect images of streets, points of interest and public areas
  • Follow assigned routes targeting commercial districts and historical sites
  • Operate onboard 360° imaging equipment and ensure images are stored on vehicle computers
  • Revisit areas as needed due to poor weather to obtain best-quality imagery
  • Maintain and report data accuracy and communicate findings using Gmail, Google Forms and Google Meet
  • Keep and provide private monitored parking space for the corporate vehicle and perform basic vehicle care
  • Work Monday–Friday (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week) with possible weekend work and occasional longer days due to project needs
  • Participate in project for a minimum period (3–6 months expected) and coordinate with field data collection teams

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Driver License
  • 1-2 years driving experience (minimum)
  • Good driving skills and clean driving record
  • Must have parking for a vehicle / private monitored parking space for corporate vehicle
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check (criminal and driving record)
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months
  • Enjoys driving, within standard business hours; flexible schedule may be required
  • General car knowledge (would be a plus)
  • Great communication and reporting skills
  • Tech savvy (use of Gmail, Google Forms and Google Meet)
  • Basic computer skills and smartphone proficiency
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, high level of responsibility
