About the role
- The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas in the USA using cars with 360 cameras mounted on top that image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. Data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times to collect the best quality imaging. The project is expected to last from 3 to 6 months. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week; work on weekends possible due to weather downtime.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver Licence;
- Good driving skills and clean driving record;
- General car knowledge would be a plus;
- Enjoys driving, within standard business hours;
- Available for a minimum of 3 months;
- Must have private monitored parking space for corporate vehicle;
- Great communication and reporting skills;
- Tech savvy (drivers will use Gmail, Google Forms and Google Meet);
- High level of responsibility;
- Self-motivated and detail oriented;
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check (criminal and driving record).
