About the role
- Drive vehicles equipped with removable 360° cameras and lidars to collect high-quality visuals of streets, points of interest, and public spaces.
- Follow pre-assigned routes focusing on public streets, commercial areas, and points of interest.
- Capture comprehensive images and lidar data and store them on onboard SSD drives.
- Revisit areas when necessary to ensure image quality under favorable weather conditions.
- Work full-time (8 AM - 7 PM) for project durations typically 3 to 6 months.
- Coordinate with project managers and support teams and attend onboarding and safety tests.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and handle equipment (cameras, lidars, onboard computers).
- Travel across EU countries as required for data collection.
Requirements
- Holds a valid EU-issued driver’s license.
- Maintains a clean background check (criminal and driving record).
- Has at least 5 years of driving experience.
- Possesses professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, delivery, logistics).
- Proficient in English and the local language.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using GSuite tools (Gmail, Google Spreadsheets, Google Forms).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
- Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
- Enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
- Familiar with the area of operations.
- Willing to undergo a safety driving test, interview with recruiter, and onboarding process.
- Able to work full time within standard business hours (8 AM - 7 PM).
