About the role
- Direct commercialization of the rights portfolio with a focus on acquiring new clients
- Development and retention of existing clients
- Independently develop and produce marketing and sponsorship concepts, sales presentations and proposal documents
- Preparation of price lists and service catalogs
- Benchmarking and preparation of market research and media data
- Partner and client support on matchdays
- Support in organizing and executing various partner and in-house events for TSG Hoffenheim
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the sports sector
- Enjoyment in proactive customer outreach and enthusiasm for daily contact with (potential) clients
- Independent and structured working style
- Initiative and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent negotiation skills, high service orientation and a confident, assertive presence
- Strong communication skills and very good written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of common Adobe graphic design applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Creative flair, a strong sense of design and quality awareness
