About the role

  • Maintain and evolve existing software components written in C/C++ in a Linux environment
  • Ensure long-term maintenance of applications deployed on Debian-based systems
  • Participate in the maintenance of existing Linux device drivers
  • Contribute to software updates and deployments in collaboration with the team
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
  • Work closely with the team's engineers and developers
  • Document changes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

  • Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in computer science
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
  • Methodical and organized
  • Ability to adapt to new platforms/environments
  • Recognized for a pragmatic mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Customer-service oriented with team spirit
  • Able to work fully autonomously
  • Proficiency in C/C++, embedded software development, Linux operating system (Debian), MS Office
  • Knowledge of web development languages and DevOps tools, including GitLab
  • Basic to intermediate experience in PHP and JavaScript is a plus
  • Good technical level of English
