About the role

  • Analyze tender documents, specifications, and technical requirements
  • Understand client needs
  • Prepare the technical portion of proposals and provide technical support during meetings
  • Carry out on-site surveys when necessary
  • Perform measurements and quantity take-offs on site or from plans
  • Prepare cost estimates using specialized software within required deadlines
  • Submit offers to the Commercial Director for approval before sending to the client
  • Initiate and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations in coordination with the purchasing department
  • Create and update the civil engineering (GC) service catalogue
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring of technological and pricing developments relevant to our clients
  • Propose technical solutions to optimize site design and execution
  • Support key account managers in analyzing clients' technical and contractual specifications
  • Prepare and deliver all studies in compliance with internal processes, budgets, and deadlines

Requirements

  • Ideally hold a higher education degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in engineering or business, with at least five years' experience
  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD / CANECO / SEE Electrical would be an advantage
