About the role

  • Participate in project handover meetings for each new project; assist in developing coordination standards and procedures.
  • Perform maintenance planning, control and scheduling (PCM), ensuring asset efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop, review and monitor preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Oversee and support execution of maintenance activities in the field, ensuring adherence to the plan.
  • Conduct and/or support inspections of equipment and assets, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) and propose actions for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and optimize internal processes focused on increasing productivity and reducing costs.
  • Perform failure analyses (including root cause analysis) and support the development of strategies to increase equipment availability.
  • Manage work orders, backlogs and activity prioritization.
  • Interface with operations, engineering and maintenance teams to align requirements and deadlines.
  • Prepare management reports and results presentations.

Requirements

  • Required education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Automation or Production.
  • Preferred knowledge: Project management and project control.
  • Previous experience with PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control).
  • Hands-on experience with maintenance routines, inspections and execution.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Power BI.
  • Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to task development and execution.
  • Interpersonal skills that foster a positive environment for the team and project stakeholders, demonstrating trust, loyalty, commitment and respect.
