About the role
- Develop and manage monthly revenue forecasts, annual operating plans, and multi-year sales plans in close collaboration with our Sales team
- Own and improve forecast accuracy, bias tracking, and variance analysis, driving continuous improvement in the planning process
- Oversee all trade spend—including off-invoice discounts, EDLP, promotions, and account-specific investments—ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant accounting, clear visibility to spend, and disciplined forecasting aligned with sales growth expectations
- Drive key RGM initiatives, including pricing optimization, trade spend architecture, promotional optimization, and investment efficiency
- Serve as a critical partner to Sales, providing financial insights and recommendations that improve customer specific investments, inform joint business planning, and support growth in priority accounts
- Build and strengthen sales-finance processes, including terms of sale, accrual management, etc.

- Assist the VP of Finance as needed and respond to information requests by management and for auditing purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably within sales finance, sales planning, revenue growth management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (QuickBooks)
