About the role

  • Independently manage our clients' accounting needs
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
  • Assist with tax return preparation
  • Oversee clients' monthly bookkeeping and drive the digitization of financial processes in our RZL accounting system
  • Organize digital document transfer, professionally assess ongoing business transactions, and adjust digital workflows
  • Receive and process clients' digital documents and import data (camt.053 bank files)
  • Advise our clients on building their digital accounting systems.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education with a focus on accounting (apprenticeship / HAK / HLW / HBLA); completion of the bookkeeping certification (WIFI or Akademie der KSW) is an advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Solid experience using accounting software (ideally RZL)
  • Confident user of MS Office – familiar with *.xlsx, *.docx and *.msg and enjoy working with these formats
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
