About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for an assigned portfolio of high-value Wholesale Payments clients
  • Provide white-glove service by understanding clients’ businesses, contacts, Treasury Solutions and Deposit services usage, communication preferences, and desired response style
  • Manage cases and Outlook email boxes
  • Support clients through multiple communication channels
  • Listen to, analyze, research, and resolve client inquiries, including complex requests
  • Facilitate resolutions with appropriate internal technical and non-technical partners
  • Assess complex client requests, gather information, identify solutions, manage expectations, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Assist management with planning and directing daily Client Services processing activities
  • Maintain staffing and production levels to meet deadlines
  • Act as the subject matter expert on department software systems and procedures for implementation, delivery, and support of Deposit and Treasury products
  • Build professional working relationships and protect client information
  • Adhere to service level agreements and document client interactions in the case management tool
  • Support internal teammate inquiries regarding implementation, servicing, fulfillment requests, and status updates
  • Prioritize and manage numerous complex tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Provide visibility and transparency regarding request status
  • Help manage or escalate concerns and reduce operational, process, and compliance risk
  • Participate in client consultations to enhance sales opportunities or address servicing issues
  • Monitor and manage service-request queues across case-management channels and Outlook mailboxes
  • Contribute to reviewing, updating, and establishing procedures
  • Partner with Sales, Relationship Managers, and other stakeholders to improve business processes and internal relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and related training
  • Five years of banking experience, including two years in a treasury-related role
  • 1+ years of in-depth experience with treasury services from a product, sales, technical, or operational perspective
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities in a high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally over the telephone or in person
  • Ability to write business correspondence
  • Ability to manage daily activities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Responsible decision-making and sound judgment when communicating with clients
  • Consistent attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with clients, teammates, and management
  • Knowledge of bank operations, risk and controls, and operational risk management methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and proficiency using the Internet
  • Experience with a case management tool such as Salesforce (preferred)
  • Project management, consulting, or management experience (preferred)
  • Risk management experience (preferred)
  • English language fluency required
