About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for an assigned portfolio of high-value Wholesale Payments clients
  • Manage cases and Outlook email boxes
  • Support clients through multiple communication channels
  • Research complex issues and facilitate resolutions with appropriate partners
  • Assess complex client requests, identify solutions, manage expectations, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Assist management with daily processing activities and staffing/production levels
  • Provide white-glove service by understanding client businesses, contacts, Treasury Solutions and Deposit service usage, communication preferences, and response expectations
  • Listen to, analyze, and resolve client inquiries or escalate appropriately
  • Act as subject matter expert for department software systems and procedures supporting Deposit and Treasury products
  • Build professional relationships, anticipate requests, and protect client information
  • Adhere to service level agreements and accurately document client interactions in the case management tool
  • Support internal teammate inquiries regarding implementation, servicing, fulfillment, and status updates
  • Prioritize and manage complex tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Monitor and manage service-request queues across case management and Outlook channels
  • Review, update, and establish procedures
  • Partner with Sales, Relationship Managers, and stakeholders on business processes and service improvements
  • Participate in client consultations to enhance sales opportunities or address servicing issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and related training
  • Five years of banking experience, including two years in a treasury-related role
  • 1+ years of in-depth experience with treasury services from a product, sales, technical, or operational perspective
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally by telephone and in person
  • Ability to write business correspondence
  • Ability to manage daily activities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Sound judgment when communicating with clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Knowledge of bank operations, risk and controls, and operational risk management methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the Internet
  • Experience with a case management tool such as SalesForce (preferred)
  • Project management, consulting, or management experience (preferred)
  • Risk management experience (preferred)
  • English language fluency required
