About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct optimization of core business operations across finance, workforce planning, performance management, data analysis, supplier coordination, and operational strategy
- Lead functional teams and synthesize complex information into executive-ready recommendations
- Direct tactical and operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and business alignment
- Manage supplier relationships, including cost management and performance evaluation
- Identify, design, and implement process and technology improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on technology strategies and organizational goals
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Support and execute operational technology strategies and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to integrate innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members and/or lower-level managers
- Communicate operational status, risks, and strategic improvement plans to senior stakeholders and executive leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles
- Extensive knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management
- Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office
- Experience leading business operations, finance, workforce planning, strategy, performance management, or related functions in a technology-driven environment
- Ability to synthesize complex financial, workforce, operational, and delivery data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations
- Experience building financial models, business cases, capacity plans, dashboards, or analytical tools
- Strong consulting, solutioning, and executive storytelling skills
- Ability to lead teams, strengthen operating routines, and ensure deliverables are accurate, thoughtful, and fully developed
