About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work independently and with Treasury Consultants to onboard new clients and deepen existing client relationships
- Advise relationship managers and clients through consultative conversations focused on cash flow management and working capital
- Support strategic sales and portfolio growth with Treasury Solutions teammates and Line of Business partners
- Manage or support client portfolios with Treasury Solutions needs
- Conduct industry, Line of Business, and region-specific market research
- Execute sales disciplines including pre-call planning, pipeline management, Salesforce opportunity tracking, client communications, documentation, disclosures, and approvals
- Provide end-to-end oversight of client experiences and identify process gaps or disconnects
- Consult with clients through in-person, email, voicemail, and virtual-meeting communications
- Mentor and coach new and junior teammates and build an internal network of critical partners
- Follow policies and operating guidelines and escalate issues and risks to leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of related financial work experience
- Demonstrated excellence working on many initiatives or opportunities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- High adaptability and flexibility
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Master's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and related training preferred
- Certified Treasury Professional preferred
