About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Identify and escalate impediments affecting team progress
- Navigate the organization to manage dependencies while working with minimal supervision
- Apply Scrum and Kanban frameworks to support transformation efforts and team processes
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to promote Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Support collection and reporting of Agile metrics and team performance data
- Contribute to Agile training and knowledge sharing
- Assist with adoption and use of Agile tools and technologies
- Ensure Truist SDLC is appropriately followed
- Support cross-functional collaboration to achieve delivery goals
- Continuously develop Agile knowledge and skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile delivery or related technical roles
- Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience participating in Agile ceremonies
- English language fluency required
- Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Agile Fundamentals preferred
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Rally and Jira preferred
- Technical background or experience in software development or related fields preferred
- Must not require employer sponsorship for work visa status or employment authorization
