About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage with assigned leaders and direct reports to consult on business needs and understand regional and line-of-business priorities
  • Provide business process training, administrative support, and materials enabling leaders to execute field routines and activities
  • Monitor and report profile, hierarchy, and status changes affecting licensing and registration
  • Create and present supplemental training and execution materials
  • Assist leaders with assessments of teammate regulatory compliance adherence
  • Answer questions, research issues, and resolve problems for internal and/or external clients
  • Execute risk management disciplines, policies, procedures, and training-completion expectations
  • Maintain knowledge of premier banking incentive plans and exception processes
  • Support premier banking/CSBB lending systems, centralized lending processes, lending applications, NMLS requirements, and renewal processes
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding tasks, including equipment ordering, access management, resource introduction, and regulatory compliance
  • Build relationships with region directors, team directors, premier bankers, analytics partners, incentive managers, and other partners
  • Provide time management and administrative support, including expense management, travel planning, meeting coordination, outlier reporting, and assigned tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree or equivalent education and related training
  • Five or more years of related financial services experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and relationship-building expertise with clients, teammates, and internal partners
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
  • Ability to work independently
  • Meticulousness and strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Demonstrated technical ability with remote access
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred: Seven or more years of related financial services experience
  • Preferred: Licensing and registrations experience
