About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers
- Enroll new dealers, increase application flow, and maximize loan production
- Promote retail finance programs and represent the company at dealer events
- Conduct dealer training in-person or online
- Maximize dealer utilization and maintain up to date dealer information
- Serve as dealer point of contact for customer service issues
- Travel up to 100% to visit dealers and attend meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree equivalent education and related training
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Ability to work independently and accomplish goals, campaigns, and travel on time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
