About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of Asset Based Lending (ABL) transactions for overall credit quality
Collateral monitoring, financial analysis, and risk mitigation while adhering to compliance
Work closely with Truist clients to manage ABL loans and monitor portfolios
Collaborate with other functional groups to ensure revenue, income, and credit quality objectives are met
Develop junior talent and demonstrate Truist's culture and values

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree
11-15 years of related work experience
Solid subject matter expertise including knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring, and risk mitigation
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues
Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust, creativity/innovation, and accountability
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and insightfully
