About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of Asset Based Lending (ABL) transactions for overall credit quality
  • Collateral monitoring, financial analysis, and risk mitigation while adhering to compliance
  • Work closely with Truist clients to manage ABL loans and monitor portfolios
  • Collaborate with other functional groups to ensure revenue, income, and credit quality objectives are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree
  • 11-15 years of related work experience
  • Solid subject matter expertise including knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring, and risk mitigation
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust, creativity/innovation, and accountability
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and insightfully
