About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide white glove service to assigned clients by understanding their business and communication preferences
- Listen, analyze and resolve assigned client inquiries
- Leverage Wholesale Payments knowledge and expertise to resolve complex client requests
- Be the subject matter expert on departmental software systems
- Routine tasks include managing queues for service requests, supporting internal inquiries, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for feedback and improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and related training
- Five years of banking experience, two of which are in a treasury-related role, with 1+ years of in-depth experience with treasury services
- Must be able to work independently and as a team, be well organized, display good time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage daily activities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledgeable of bank operations, risk and controls, and operational risk management methodologies
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
