About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide white glove service to assigned clients by understanding their business and communication preferences
  • Listen, analyze and resolve assigned client inquiries
  • Leverage Wholesale Payments knowledge and expertise to resolve complex client requests
  • Be the subject matter expert on departmental software systems
  • Routine tasks include managing queues for service requests, supporting internal inquiries, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for feedback and improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and related training
  • Five years of banking experience, two of which are in a treasury-related role, with 1+ years of in-depth experience with treasury services
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team, be well organized, display good time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage daily activities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable of bank operations, risk and controls, and operational risk management methodologies
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
